Pricing
We don't tell the market what the house is worth, the market tells us.
Pricing should be based on economics, appraisals, market trends, seasonality, buyer constraints and immediate local competition.
Preparation
Your home doesn't need to be straight out of HGTV to sell. At a minimum, however, it should be clean and free of debris.
If you do want to see top-dollar, I am happy to provide advice on where your dollar will stretch the furthest.
